Hummus recipe

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Drained rinsed can garbanzo
\N \N Beans
3 \N 5 cloves of garlic depending
\N \N On how you feel
¼ \N To 1/2 cup onion or green or
\N \N Red pepper
\N x Juice from a whole lemon or
\N \N Lime
1 \N Dribble of sesame oil (leave
\N \N Out/in at your own risk!!)
\N x Fresh cilantro to taste
\N x Another twist = fresh ground
\N \N Cumin

place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better = place slices of fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of hummus
