35 cloves of garlic depending
On how you feel
¼To 1/2 cup onion or green or
Red pepper
xJuice from a whole lemon or
Lime
1Dribble of sesame oil (leave
Out/in at your own risk!!)
xFresh cilantro to taste
xAnother twist = fresh ground
Cumin

Directions

place the above in a food processor and blend until nearly smooth spread in pita pockets heated in micronuker better = place slices of fresh tomatoes in pitas and fresh ground pepper along with spread of hummus
