Hot times rub

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Cayenne

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use the rub on fowl, but especially on turkey. Excellent!!
