| ¼ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| 2 | cups | Corn chex |
| 2 | cups | Rice chex |
| 2 | cups | Wheat chex |
| 2 | cups | Bran chex |
| 1 | cup | Salted mixed nuts |
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 deg f. Melt butter in shallow roasting pan. Mix in all seasoning ingredients. Add cereal and stir until well coated.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups snack mix.
