Hot sweet mustard

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Mustard, prepared
2 ounces 'Hot' Horseradish
1 tablespoon Mustard, Dijon
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Wine, Sherry, Bourbon, etc.
½ tablespoon Cayenne
⅓ cup Sugar, brown

Mix thoroughly, allow to stand at least 4 hours. Excellent on hot beer type sausages. Fairly hot, but not a killer!
