Hot spinach vinaigrette

2eaches10 oz pkgs spinach
¼cupOlive oil
2tablespoonsVinegar
2tablespoonsWater
2tablespoonsSugar
½teaspoonSalt
1dashPepper

Directions

Remove coarse stems from spinach; wash leaves well; drain, then shred.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; heat to boiling.
