Hot spinach vinaigrette

Ingredients

| 2 | eaches | 10 oz pkgs spinach |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
Remove coarse stems from spinach; wash leaves well; drain, then shred.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan; heat to boiling.
