Hot potatoes with peanut butter for 2

6Yukon Gold potatoes; quartered and steamed, (plastic ziplock in microwave for 5min)
1tablespoonOil; (canoa)
4Jalapeno peppers chopped fine w/seeds
1Habanero pepper chopped fine w/seeds; (more for better heat)
1mediumOnion; (sweet type)
1teaspoon(good) tumeric powder
2tablespoonsPeanut butter; chunky, (then to taste)
¼teaspoonCumin powder; (fresh if you can do it)
¼teaspoonAsafoetida powder
½teaspoonGround black pepper; (grind your own!)
Salt to taste

Directions

sauté peppers and onion lightly in oil and add potatoes cook till "light" brown. then add remaining ingredients.
