Hot cakes (very good)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Eggs -- well beaten
1 quart Milk
2 \N Sticks Butter or margarine
\N \N Melted
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1½ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Vanilla

Add eggs to milk and vanilla. Add butter or margarine, cooled to this mixture; sugar and salt mixed with flour and baking powder. Mix well, fry on hot skillet or griddle. Makes very thin batter. Serve with your favorite syrup.
