Hot bisquits

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Baking powder
2 cups Sour cream

Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Gradually add the cream, working as little as possible. Turn out on floured board and press out with the hands. Do not roll. Cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 400-F about 10 minutes.
