| ¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |

Directions
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach salads or sliced tomatoes just before serving.
Makes about ½ cup.
