⅓ cup | Bottled Italian dressing |
½ cup | Freshly shredded cheddar OR |
½ cup | Freshly shredded Monterey Jack |

Combine lettuce, tortilla chips, tomatoes and olives in large bowl.
Combine Pace Picante Sauce and dressing in screw-top jar or small bowl; shake to mix well. Pour over salad; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Serve immediately with additional Pace Picante Sauce.
