Bottled horseradish)

8slicesWhole grain bread
110.5 ounce p lite silken extra-firm; thinly sliced
; tofu
1largeTomato; thinly sliced
1cupAlfalfa or radish sprouts

Directions

In a small bowl mix together yogurt, horseradish, and cayenne; spread on bread slices. On four slices of bread, layer tofu , tomato slices, and sprouts. Top with remaining bread slices. Makes 4 sandwiches.
