Horseradish and tofu sandwich

¼ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
teaspoon Freshly grated horseradish; (or 1 tablespoon
Bottled horseradish)
1 small Dash cayenne pepper
8 slices Whole grain bread
1 10.5 ounce p lite silken extra-firm; thinly sliced
; tofu
1 large Tomato; thinly sliced
1 cup Alfalfa or radish sprouts

Directions

In a small bowl mix together yogurt, horseradish, and cayenne; spread on bread slices. On four slices of bread, layer tofu , tomato slices, and sprouts. Top with remaining bread slices. Makes 4 sandwiches.
