Honey-glazed soybeans

2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
Cook beans in salted boiling water until beans easily pop out of pod, 6 to 8 minutes. Drizzle beans with honey, then sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and toss lightly. Place under broiler and broil until honey caramelizes, or turns dark brown, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool and serve. To eat soybeans, open pods like peanut shells and pop them into your mouth.
Discard shells. Yields 6 servings.
