Honey-curry sauce

Yield: 4 -6 serving

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Liquid honey
½ cup Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoon Curry Powder, (or to taste)
½ cup Butter or margarine,
\N \N Calories: 340 Total Fat (g): 22.2 melted
6 \N To 8 Cooked skinless chiken breast halves or legs or
12 \N To 14 cooked skinless thighs or drumsticks

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; whisk well to blend.

Heat in saucepan over medium heat until heated through or microwave at 50% (MEDIUM) power several minutes until heated. Pour over hot cooked chicken pieces and serve.
