Honey vanilla peach tea sparkler

Ingredients

1⅓cupTea concentrate (qv)
1Vanilla bean, 3\" piece
2tablespoonsHoney
1⅓cupPeach nectar or juice
1⅓cupWater, sparkling

Directions

In a 1 to 1½ quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.

Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with sugar) for other uses.

Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour over ice.
