Yield: 1 Servings
|2 cups||Powdered sugar|
|1 \N||Stick butter|
|1 cup||Evaporated milk|
|½ teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
|2½ \N||Cubes Baker's unsweetened chocolate|
Melt chocolate with butter. Add milk and bring to slow boil. Stir for 5 minutes so it doesn't 'catch' (stick). Add vanilla and put into jars. Makes approximately 2 cups.
