Homemade oven frying mix for chicken

2Envelopes (or teaspoons) Instant chicken broth
2teaspoonsPaprika
1teaspoonPoultry seasoning
1teaspoonOnion powder
1teaspoonLeaf oregano, crumbled
1teaspoonLeaf rosemary, crumbled
1teaspoonCelery salt
¼teaspoonCoarse-grind pepper
¼teaspoonGarlic powder (optional)

Directions

I'm cleaning out loose recipes so before I throw them out I thought I'd post some. I think this came from "Womans Day Magazine" years ago. Of course you can use your favorite seasonings instead of those in the recipe.
