Homemade lemon pie filling mix

Quantity Ingredient
2½ cup Lemonade powder --
\N \N Presweetened
1 cup Cornstarch -- PLUS
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1¼ cup Sugar -- or more to taste
1 teaspoon Salt

In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.

Makes about 4¼ c of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
