1 cup | Cornstarch -- PLUS |
2 tablespoons | Cornstarch |
1¼ cup | Sugar -- or more to taste |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
In a medium bowl, combine lemonade powder, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Mix well. Put in a 1-qt airtight container. Label with date and contents.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 4-6 months.
Makes about 4¼ c of Homemade Lemon Pie Filling.
