Helen's cabbage slaw

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head cabbage; shredded
2 tablespoons (heaping) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons (heaping) vinegar
¼ cup Mayonnaise

Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved; add mayonnaise to mixture.

Toss cabbage with dressing. Sprinkle poppy seeds or celery seeds to taste if desired. Serves 6.
