Fiesta chicken and black beans

Ingredients

| 3 | Boneless chicken breast halves; cut in strips, (up to 4) | |
| 1 | can | (15 -oz) corn; drained |
| 1 | can | (15 oz) black beans; rinsed and drained |
| 1 | tablespoon | Gound cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | Onion; halved and thinly sliced | |
| 1 | Green pepper; cut in strips | |
| 1 | can | (14-oz) tomatoes; chopped |
| 1 | can | (6-oz) tomato paste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired. Serve with warmed flour tortillas, or over rice. Serves 4.
