Heavenly halibut

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Dill Weed
1 pounds Halibut steaks

Place margarine or butter in an 8 inch square baking dish. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in lemon juice, parsley and dill weed. Pat fish dry. Place in baking dish with thicker portions to outside edge. Turn to coat with butter mixture. Cover with wax paper.

Microwave at high (100%) until fish flakes easily, 5 to 7 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
