Hearty halibut

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Thinly sliced onion | 
| 2 | pounds | Halibut steaks, cut into 6 portions | 
| 1½ | cup | Chopped mushrooms | 
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped tomato | 
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green pepper | 
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento | 
| ½ | cup | Dry white wine | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dillweed | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| 1 | Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12X8X2" baking dish. Place fish on top of onion. Combine mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, parsley, and pimento; spread over fish. Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dill weed, and pepper, pour over vegetables. Bake 25-30 minutes, until fish tests done with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
