Savory grilled halibut

Ingredients

| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | Lemon, juiced | |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 4 | Halibut steaks | |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Preheat broiler. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, half the lemon juice, olive oil, and soy sauce; brush both sides of fish. Place fish on preheated broiler pan; broil on each side 4-5 minutes until fish tests done with fork. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and parsley before serving.
