¼ cup | Chopped mushrooms |
¼ cup | Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
3 slices | Rye bread |
1½ teaspoon | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Here is a great new recipe I found in Crafting Traditions by Sue Huebner Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Toast the rye bread and slice in half. Cover each half with mushroom-cheese mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350 F. for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve immediately. Val
