Hearty mushroom canapes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Chopped mushrooms
¼ cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
¼ cup Mayonnaise
3 slices Rye bread
1½ teaspoon Grated Parmesan cheese

Here is a great new recipe I found in Crafting Traditions by Sue Huebner Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Toast the rye bread and slice in half. Cover each half with mushroom-cheese mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 350 F. for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Serve immediately. Val
