Hot mushroom crostini

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Pillsbury French Loaf
6 ounces Light cream cheese; softened
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Parmesan cheese; shredded
2 tablespoons Bacon pieces; real
1 \N Clove garlic; pressed
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Mushroom; fresh

BREAD: Preheat oven to 375. Spray bread tube with a vegetable spray. Place bread dough in the tube and bake for 50 min. Let cool before thinly slicing with knife.

SPREAD: Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and stir until blended. Chop mushrooms very fine and add to cheese mixture. Fill decorating tube with spread and pipe thinly onto sliced bread using large star tip. Bake on a stone for 10-12 min.
