Health vegetable & liver soup

Ingredients

½poundsLiver; chopped
2tablespoonsButter
4smallsCarrots; diced
½cupCelery; diced
1largeOnion; thinly sliced
2cupsHot water
1tablespoonSugar
1cupFresh or frozen spinach; chopped
1canTomatoes (20 oz)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Stir cook the liver in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook covered (25 min in microwave). This soup freezes and reheats very well.
