Diet vegetable soup

| 2 | Chopped bell peppers | |

| 1 | pack | Dried soup |
| 8 | ounces | V8 juice |
| 2 | cans | Stewed tomatoes |
| Canned green beans (opt.) | ||
| Chiles (opt) | ||
| Jalapenoes (opt.) | ||
Directions
combine all in a large pot, and fill to the top with water. bring to a boil, for 10 minutes. Constantly stir. Bring to simmer, with lid on. Simmer until to desired crunchiness
