Diet vegetable soup

Measure Ingredient
½ \N Head of cabbage, chopped
\N \N Baby carrots, cut in half
\N \N Celery
2 \N Chopped onions
2 \N Chopped bell peppers
2 \N Chicken billoun
1 pack Dried soup
8 ounces V8 juice
2 cans Stewed tomatoes
\N \N Canned green beans (opt.)
\N \N Chiles (opt)
\N \N Jalapenoes (opt.)

combine all in a large pot, and fill to the top with water. bring to a boil, for 10 minutes. Constantly stir. Bring to simmer, with lid on. Simmer until to desired crunchiness
