Hazelnut fudge

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| ½ | cup | Corn syrup |
| 3 | ounces | Unsweetened chocolate |
| 1 | cup | Butter |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1 | cup | Oregon hazelnuts |
Directions
Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238. Pour into mixing bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered pan.
