|1 cup||Chopped Oregon hazelnuts|
|1 cup||Whipping cream|
Beat eggs; add sugar. Combine with hazelnuts and flour. Bake at 350 in flat pan until golden brown. When cool, spread whipping cream, then roll into a roll. Keep frozen.
