| 3 | tablespoons | Powdered milk |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Oil |
| ¾ | cup | Coconut flakes |
| ¾ | cup | Pineapple chunks in juice -- reserve juice |
| ⅓ | cup | Pineapple juice |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| ⅓ | cup | Macadamia nuts -- chopped |
Directions
Add all ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add nuts.
