¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1½ | tablespoon | Oil |
¾ | cup | Coconut flakes |
¾ | cup | Pineapple chunks in juice -- reserve juice |
⅓ | cup | Pineapple juice |
½ | cup | Water |
⅓ | cup | Macadamia nuts -- chopped |
Directions
Add all ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add nuts.
