Pineapple orange nut loaf

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Shortening |

| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ | cup | Frozen orange juice, thawed |
| 8¾ | ounce | Can of crushed pineapple, |
| Drained | ||
| ½ | cup | Whole nutmeats |
Directions
Cream together sugar and shortening; add egg. Beat well. Add flour, soda and salt, alternately with orange juice. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Turn into a well greased loaf pan or 3 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-16-94
