Yield: 4 servings
|1 bunch||Green onions; sliced (with tops)|
|2 mediums||Carrots; peeled and shredded|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|1 can||Pineapple rings in juice|
|1 medium||Green pepper; chopped|
|2 cups||Macaroni; cooked and drained|
|1 tablespoon||Brown sugar|
In large skillet sautéonion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots.
Sautéfor 1 minute.
Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.
Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
