Auntie's luau potato and macaroni salad (adapted)

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Salad potatoes; (up to 2) |
Salt and pepper; to taste | ||
6 | ounces | Macaroni; salad |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs; chopped | |
⅔ | cup | Celery; chopped fine |
⅓ | cup | Carrots; shredded |
½ | small | Maui onion; chopped fine |
½ | pack | Frozen peas; 10 oz pkg |
½ | can | Tuna in oil; drained |
1 | cup | Best Foods Mayonnaise |
3 | tablespoons | Milk |
Directions
Cook potatoes until tender. Cool. Peel and dice. Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and cool. In a very large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix gently. Add additional mayonnaise, if necessary.
