Bologna hash brown casserole

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Piece of bologna, cut into 1/2 inch slices and quartered
1 pounds Hash browns, thawed
¼ cup Melted butter or margarine
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
¾ cup Crushed Corn Flakes or
Graham cracker Crumbs
⅛ cup Melted butter or margarine


Mix together all ingredients except topping Put into an greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Top with combination of: ¾ cup crushed Corn Flakes or cracker crumbs ⅛ cup melted butter or margarine.

Can be mixed ahead and baked later. Bake 50 minutes at (350F).
