Harlequin spinach

Ingredients

| 20 | ounces | Spinach, chopped; frozen |
| ½ | cup | Onion; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter (or marg.); melted |
| ⅔ | cup | Catsup |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | cup | Cheese, Cheddar; shredded |
Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
