Hamburgers for sandwiches

1 pounds Ground beef
½ cup Parsley finely chopped
¼ cup Onion finely chopped
1 large Egg

1 cup Or more for bread crumbs
\N \N Vegetable oil

Put the pieces of bread with milk let stand 15 min until is soft, blend it and add to the ground beef, add parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Make balls or hamburgers and cover with bread crumbs, fry in enough vegetable oil for to cover all the ball, with a fork help the balls to cook making holes.
