1½ pounds Ground beef

For each nationality, add seasoning to beef and form 8¼" thick patties.

Place the cheese in center of 4 patties; cover cheese with remaining patties and press edges together. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning once, until done.

FRENCH-1-½ ts onion powder, 1 ts dried crushed thyme, ½ ts garlic powder, ¼ ts salt, ¼ ts pepper, 2 oz Brie or Camembert sliced into 4 pieces.

MEXICAN-1 tb chili powder, ½ ts ground cumin, ½ ts onion powder, ¼ ts garlic powder, ¼ ts salt, 2 oz Monterey Jack cheese, sliced into 4 pieces.

ITALIAN-1-¼ ts Italian seasoning, ¾ ts garlic powder, ½ ts onion powder, ¼ ts salt, 2 oz mozzarella sliced in 4 pieces.

GREEK-1-½ ts onion powder, 1 ts dried crushed oregano, ½ ts garlic powder, ¼ ts pepper, 2 oz Feta (crumble cheese and sprinkle with 1 tb lemon juice).
