Hamburger cabbage stew

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Hamburger
1 small Onion
\N \N Salt
4 cups Water
1 quart Tomatoes
3 \N Beef bouillon cubes
1 small Head cabbage shredded
1 cup Celery with leaves, cut up
2 \N Or 3 carrots, cubed
1 \N Turnip, cubed
2 mediums Potatoes, cube
1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Sugar

Brown and season hamburger and onion. After the seasoned hamburger and onion are browned add the ten ingredients that come after salt.

Simmer until vegetables are tender and flavors are well mixed. Adjust seasoning.
