Ham and cucumber salad

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | (3-oz) lemon- or lime-flavored gelatin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Boiling water |
| 1½ | cup | Cold water |
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Slivered; cooked ham |
| 1 | cup | Sliced celery |
| ¾ | cup | Diced; drained pineapple |
| ½ | cup | Thinly sliced quartered cucumber |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Grated onion (up to) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Prepared horseradish |
| Radish roses | ||
| Cucumber slices | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except radish roses and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1-quart ring molds. Chill until firm.
Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and cucumber slices. Serve with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
