Ham and cheese roll-up w/fruit platter

Yield: 24 Roll ups

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 3 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
24 \N (4x4 inch) thin slices cooked ham
\N \N Select 3 or 4 of the following:
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries
2 \N Kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
1 \N Cantaloupe, seeded, peeled cut into thin wedges
1 pounds Seedless red or green grapes separated into clusters
1 small Pineapple, cored, peeled,cut into bite-sized pieces



In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mustard; blend until smooth. Spread about 2 teaspoons cheese filling evenly on each ham slice; roll up. Arrange ham rolls (seam side down) and selected fruits on platter.
