Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground pork
1 pounds Ground lamb, there's no
\N \N Special lamb, try lamb
\N \N Shoulder
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Some freshly ground black
\N \N Pepper
\N \N About 6 cloves of crushed
\N \N Garlic
\N \N Squeeze out the juice from 1
\N \N Lemon
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Ouzo

Mix and mold the meat on a metal skewer. Grill. Serve on pita bread, garnish with tzatziki, chopped tomatoes, sliced onions, some parsley, a sprinkling of oregano.
