Grilled shrimp w/mustard fruit dip

2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Grated ginger |
1 | teaspoon | Brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |
1 | pounds | Shelled large shrimp |
2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
¼ | cup | Mango chutney |
2 | teaspoons | Lime juice |
Directions
MUSTARD FRUIT DIP:
Mix together curry powder, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and lime juice in a bowl. Stir in shrimp. Marinate for 20 minutes to one hour. Thread shrimps onto skewers.
Grill about 2 minutes per side or until pink. Serve piled onto a lettuce-lined platter.
