Grilled seafood seasoning

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon White pepper
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Ancho chile; ground
½ teaspoon Coriander
½ teaspoon Ginger; ground
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Fenugreek seed; ground

Combine spices in a bowl. Sprinkle each fish filet with spice mixture and let sit in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill over medium coals.
