Creole seafood seasoning - great chefs

Yield: 2 cups

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oregano
⅓ cup Salt
1 tablespoon Salt
¼ cup Garlic, granulated
¼ cup Pepper, black
2 tablespoons Thyme
⅓ cup Paprika
1 tablespoon Paprika
3 tablespoons Onion, granulated

Combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a large glass jar for storage.

This seasoning can be kept indefinitely.
