Grilled mixed veggies

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Veggies (new potatoes, yellow or zucchini squash, sweet pepers)
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Basil; chopped
1 tablespoon Thyme; chopped
½ teaspoon Onion powder
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Mustard; dry
⅛ teaspoon Paprika
1 clove Garlic; minced

If using potatoes, halve and cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain. Prepare other veggies as needed. Prepare seasoning mixture and brush on prepared vegetables.
