Grilled vegetable plate

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fresh garlic
1 cup Fresh parsley
¼ cup Oregano
¼ cup Tarragon
¼ cup Basil
2 Lemons; (juice only)
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 quart Olive oil

MARINADE

Chop parsley, tarragon, basil, and oregano together until very fine. Mix garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Cut up zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, onions (any vegetables). Baste vegetables with marinade and charbroil on barbeque grill. Serve as an entree or a side dish.
