Directions
1. USE 20 LB CANNED HAM. SLICE HAM INTO APPROXIMATELY 3¼ OZ SLICES.
GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F. GRIDDLE ABOUT 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. EACH PORTION: 1 SLICE (2 ½ OUNCES).
NOTE: 1. IN STEP 1, RACKS MAY BE USED.
