Grilled cheddar and smoked chicken sandwich

4 | slices | Sourdough bread |
½ | pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese,sliced |
½ | pounds | Smoked chicken,sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Cranberry & Ginger Relish (r) |
Directions
Butter one side of each slice, place butter side down in frypan. Place cheese and chicken on bread and grill until cheese softens. Spread relish on one side. Put bread together and continue to grill until crispy outside.
