Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Round steak; 1/4-inch thick|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|1 large||Green bell pepper; cut in strips|
|Hot cooked rice or noodles|
Cut steak in 2-inch by 1-inch strips & toss with soy sauce. Brown on one side with oil. Add green pepper & cook until meat is browned. Combine water & cornstarch, add to meat. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened & peppers are tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
