Green tomatoes

2 mediums Green tomatoes, thinly sliced
\N \N Flour
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
\N \N Garlic
\N \N Oil

Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Dip tomatoes in seasoned flour, then fry in hot oil. Serve hot.

Slice 'em up, roll in a mix of corn meal, salt, and pepper. then fry them in light oil.

They're pretty good batter fried as well.
