Green chili spoon bread

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Margarine |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅔ | cup | Yellow Cornmeal |
| 2 | Eggs; Well Beaten | |
| 4 | ounces | Old El Paso Chopped Green Chilies; Well Drained |
| ½ | cup | Skim Milk |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Bring water, margarine, sugar and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Slowly add cornmeal, whisking constantly. Bring to simmering.
Remove from heat. Quickly whisk in milk, eggs and green chilies. Pour into 5 cup souffle dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
